The elbow issue is the latest in a string of injuries for the normally steady right tackle, as he suffered thumb and foot injuries in the season opener and wound up missing the next six weeks. "Tapos 'yung elbow ko po, sumakit siya ng sobra, hindi ko po ma-straight ng three weeks po," he added. An MRI revealed no breaks or fractures in his left elbow, although Yulo said his muscles were "overstretched." He was grateful to have recovered enough in time for the world championships. 2021.12.02 21:47 Negative_Contest_533 I (19F) cannot mentally handle my roommates (20F) problems
My (19F) roommate (20F) seems to be going through a hard time at the moment. She does this thing where she’ll sit right by the door of our dorm and cry in the dark for hours at a time. In the past I’ve sat and chatted with her but it usually ends up just being “I get sad because you don’t talk to me enough.” She’s very extroverted and me and my other roommate are quite introverted.
Look, it’s finals time. I have about 10 projects total and 3 exams in the next 2 weeks. I have work. I have to pack to move home, blankets to crochet as gifts, and on top of that I am going through A LOT of health issues. I’m at the end of my rope with my own problems and don’t really have time or mental energy to help her with hers.
She’s been crying by the door for the past two nights. Last night, I got off of work, called my parents, and worked on a presentation that was due today, then went to bed. I didn’t really have time to chat with her. Now tonight she’s crying in the dark again… I don’t know what to do.

2021.12.02 21:47 -BTFraggerCS- A Moderately Too Early Lion’s Mock Draft
Per the Draft Network
P1. EDGE Kayvon Thibodeaux, Oregon
The Lions have been very bad at rushing the quarterback this year. They are 2nd to last in sacks, last in QB knockdowns, last in pressures, and 5th in missed tackles. This is happening while still blitzing above the league median, giving up the 4th most rushing yards total, and having the highest Average Depth of Target against in the NFL.
We need to get to the QB more than we do, and at least give him something to think about. Thibodeaux will do just that. He has 6 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and a pass deflection. He has active hands in the pass game and run game, and can play coverage if absolutely needed. He is one of the most explosive athletes in the whole class, and has potential to be one of the best edge rushers in the game.
Pro Comparison: Khalil Mack
P23. WR Jahan Dotson, Penn State
The Lions desperately need receiver help, and Dotson will give you that. Our current receivers are okay 3rd, 4th, and 5th options but none will be a #1 guy next year (barring amazing progression from St. Brown or Cephus). With half of all targets going to TEs and RBs, getting a WR who can do it all is a must. And Jahan Dotson can be the answer to the WR problem. He has 13 total touchdowns, 1,186 yards pre-bowl game, and is improving on an already impressive 20-21 season. He is 5’11, 186 lbs. but plays bigger and just as quick. He has good hands, quick bursts of speed, and can catch any ball thrown at him. His body control is a sight to behold, and gives him a chance on nearly any pass.
Pro Comparison: Marvin Harrison
P33. QB Desmond Ridder, Cincinnati
Jared Goff is not the solution at QB. He is a bland and boring game manager without any mobility or pocket awareness. A terrible average depth of target and a pocket spin move that loses yards every time, Goff needs to be replaced.
Desmond Ridder has lead the Cincinnati Bearcats to a 12-0 record and potential playoff spot, and has great skill to back it up. Hes mobile in the pocket and can escape sacks, has a quick release, and is a quick decision maker. His accuracy is inconsistent but good, and with time can settle down. Given his weak competition in the AAC, he may need to sit a year behind goff.
Pro Comparison: Baker Mayfield
P65. LB Henry To'oTo'o, Alabama
Like most of the Lions team, the play has been lacklust from the linebackers. No one has really stood out, (Derrick Barnes has looked good for a rookie though) which though disappointing, isn’t unexpecting. Linebackers are becoming more important for NFL teams, and there needs to be a difference maker for the Lions.
Henry To’oTo’o is a hard hitting linebacker who transferred from Tennessee to the Crimson Tide this previous offseason. He leads his team in total tackles and assisted tackles, has 4 sacks, a forced fumble, and a pass deflection. He is usable in coverage, but his best traits are communication and leadership on the Alabama defense. With that, his explosiveness and pursuit means he destroys run plays before they happen, and he has potential in the passing game.
Pro Comparison: College Manti Te’o, NFL Zach Cunningham
P98. EDGE Isaiah Foskey, Notre Dame
For the same reason you take Kayvon Thibodeaux, you take Isaiah Foskey. Getting additional help on the edge, especially one who has upside like Thibs. Okwara won’t be here forever and coming off a season where he was injured, getting edge depth is important.
Foskey has broken out for the Irish, amounting 9 sacks, 5 forced fumbles, and a pass deflection. His ability to knock the ball free, contain the edge on run plays, and initial burst all standout, and his physical traits will be good in the NFL. He consistently pressures the QB, and gets to him often enough to be a presence. He is only a redshirt sophomore, and has room to improve in the technique department.
Pro Comparison: Montez Sweat
P143. Safety Jalen Pitre, Baylor
Safety play has been an issue over the past few years for the Lions, and with Walker's development stagnant and Will Harris being a heavy liability in coverage, some help would come quite in handy.
Jalen Pitre is an experienced Baylor player on a good defense. In his 5th year playing, he has 2 interceptions, 2 forced fumbles, 2.5 sacks, and 5 pass deflections. He is not a crazy athlete, but he is a smart player whos gone up against Lincoln Riley teams more than once. He will give his all on every play, get past blockers, and make a tackle by any means necessary. He excels in zone coverage.
Pro Comparison: Tre Boston
P176. IOL Jarrett Patterson, Notre Dame
Injuries in the OL have caused the interior to go from a strength to a weakness. The Notre Dame center can come in with experience on any part of the line, coming in as a tackle, then converting to center. His versatility will be important for the Lions team.
As for a player, he is a strong blocker, and has shown skill to block up towards the second level. He keeps players out of the play and is a steady presence on a good Notre Dame line. He is a patient blocker and has good athleticism for his size.
Pro Comparison: Taylor Moton
P180. WR Jaquarii Roberson, Wake Forest
The Wake Forest offense has been one of the best in college football, and Robinson is part of the reasons why. 1,024 yards and 8 touchdowns pre-conference championship and bowl game is a great statline, and his output led him to 6th in the ACC in yards and 2nd on his team.
He is a strong runner and has great highpoint ability. His hands are good, and can absorb contact well. He primarily lined up in the slot with Wake, and his good route running has led to separation in the slot. With good athletic testing, he may not be available this late.
Pro Comparison: Davante Adams
P218 QB Bailey Zappe, Western Kentucky
There may be disagreement about taking 2 QB’s in the same draft, but given how our backups have played, it’d be worth it without having a QB problem. But we do have one, Zappe proved he could lead an NFL offense with his play.
He is a lightning fast decision maker, and has good accuracy at levels of the field. He is a smart QB with great pocket awareness, and good footwork. He is an above average athlete at the position as well. He also struggles with evaluation as his offense is pass heavy, and he plays weaker competition. He will be playing in the senior bowl this year. His stats are really quite crazy as well, 52 touchdowns, only 9 interceptions, and 4,968 yards. All this with a 70% completion percentage. He could come up being the better QB right now even. I expect he won’t be available here by the time draft time comes.
Pro Comparison: Justin Herbert
P237 IDL Jared Harrison-Hunte, Miami
There are only so many picks to fill so many needs, and IDL is one like the rest of the defence. Harrison-Hunte has proved worthwhile at Miami and is only a redshirt sophomore. He excels at stopping the run and has found his way to the QB twice this season.
He is athletically great and is more of a long term player to look out for, It is likely he returns to school even.
Pro Comparison: Any good Athlete at IDL
P249 WR Jerreth Sterns, Western Kentucky
The #1 Option for Bailey Zappe at WKU was Jerreth Sterns. The Lions bring him in for 2 major reasons. He is comfortable with Zappe, and because he is a WR and we need those too. He has caught 127 passes for 1,539 yards and 12 touchdowns. His stats are definitely a product of a great system and QB, but he is still an NFL receiver.
He has shown good route running, great explosiveness, and as apparent with his 127 catches, great hands. He tore up all types of defenses and got open time and time again. He may not be a #1 receiver but at worst he is a guy that helps Zappe Adapt.
Pro comparison: Jordy Nelson if he was 5’9
Responding to critics before they attack
Lack of CB: I am well aware the Lions suck, but there is so many holes and drafting a CB when the UDFAs have played up to par while still having Okudah out and an abysmal pass rush is one sacrifice I am willing to make.
Your comparisons are garbage: I went off similar results and somewhat playstyle, there is no perfect comparison for any player.
2 QBs when you have so many needs: QB is the most important position, rather throw 2 darts than 1.
3 WRs when you have so many needs: I cannot bare to watch Kalif Raymond be our #1 receiver any longer
X player won’t be there/X Player won’t go pro yet/The draft picks are wrong: I am not doing this without software, I used The Draft Network to get a rough idea of who would and wouldn’t be available.
